A while back I used the fortify restoration loop to make uber potions of enchanting. I then used one of those to make a ring that fortified alchemy by about 200,000 %. I used that ring to make more uber potions of enchanting (so I wouldnt have to go through the potions of restoration loop again).The UESP Page says that you can theoretically create an Fortify Enchanting 49% (24% stronger than the Enchanter's Elixir) potion using Necromage, & all the non-Fortify Restoration loop buffs (including multiple cycles of Seeker of Shadows, Seeker of Sorcery, & Ahzidal's Genius to get the strongest possible Fortify Alchemy set, but excluding Rare Curios Creation ingredients), though I should ....
