AFT and iAFT have over the top stock settings from my point of view and are kind of strange, dialogue options are an unimmersive chore there. UFO is old and unsupported, so I think you can take that out of the picture. EFF has a neat scroll wheel and clean interface you can use, while offering a very good amount of customization..
