If all 4 are not closed/opening simultaneously you will have unbalanced fuel-air delivery and it can cause issues like this. 2) Verify your primer solenoid is working. You can have as low as 80-90PSI, the key is that all 4 are withing 10% of each other. If you've got one or two cylinders that are way off, you probably have carbon buildups holding your rings down and not allowing compression, or you've got a bad piston/ring/etc. If the motor cranks when you jump it there are a couple of things that it could be, a bad 20 amp fuse, starter solenoid, ignition switch, safety neutral switch, or bad wiring. (I'm assumming the control box is in neutral). The 20 amp fuse is on the motor in a red wire coming off the solenoid. (I would check the fuse first).Update: 1 - when you put the shift pin back in, use some sort of thread locker or sealant, be sure NOT to over tighten it.
