I know peptides are recommended to be injected sub-q and with BPC-157 it's supposed to be injected at the sight of injury. However, it's kind of hard to pinch my own skin at the wrist and then pin myself. So, for the first day, I just went at both sides (one for BPC-157 ...I've been browsing this sub on BPC-157 dosage. Seems like the most common is 250mcg twice daily. Others do 500mcg twice daily. Then you got the last group that does 250mcg 3x daily. Any reason for higher dosage or 3x daily instead of 2x daily? Does it work better the more you take?.
